Measurable Results

Achieving results is not a one-time event—it’s an ongoing process.

Measuring What Matters

Turning School Goals into Visible Progress

Every school is striving for something—higher student achievement, stronger teacher retention, deeper family engagement, or a thriving school culture. But setting goals alone isn’t enough. Without clear systems for tracking, measuring, and making progress visible, even the best intentions can lose momentum.
What gets measured gets done. Studies show that schools that actively monitor progress—not just at year-end but through ongoing assessment and reflection—see the greatest long-term success.1 This is because visibility fuels accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Leader in Me helps schools not only achieve meaningful results but also make those results visible. Using the Measurable Results Assessment (MRA), The 4 Disciplines of Execution® (4DX®), coaching, Lighthouse Certification, and student leadership tracking, we provide schools withf a structured approach to setting, aligning, and sustaining their most important goals.

Goal Setting is Key to Driving Measurable Results—Here's How.

From Measurable to Measured Results

Recognizing that what we measure matters, we’ve collaborated with researchers and practitioners for nearly a decade to develop and refine a tool designed to help schools measure the outcomes of Leader in Me. This tool, known as the Measurable Results Assessment (MRA), is an annual survey that gathers feedback from students, staff, and families—capturing a holistic view of what makes a school successful.

The MRA empowers schools to focus their limited resources on the actions that drive the greatest growth and highlights the transformative progress possible when leadership is prioritized at every level.

Why Schools Trust Leader in Me for Measurable Growth
