In 2012, Pershing Magnet School embarked on their Leader in Me journey, and now, over a decade later, their commitment to the framework continues. At Pershing, they truly believe that everyone is a leader and that everyone has genius. By centering student voice and student-led learning, Pershing has pioneered an approach to Leadership Wednesdays that has transformed their school culture and ensured that every student has the opportunity to find their voice and develop their own leadership competencies.
