Speaker Bio

Author & Speaker of “Live Life in Crescendo: Your Most Important Work is Always Ahead of You”

Cynthia Covey Haller is an author, teacher, and speaker. She has contributed her writing to several books and magazine articles, notably: The Third Alternative by Stephen R. Covey, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, and The 6 Most Important Decisions You’ll Ever Make by Sean Covey. Most recently, she has co-authored the life-changing and life-affirming book Live Life in Crescendo: Your Most Important Work is Always Ahead of You. Written with her father, Stephen R. Covey, and published as his final book posthumously, they give the directive to “live life in crescendo”: using whatever you have–your time, talents, resources, skills, gifts, passion–to enrich the lives of those around you, with the belief that your most important work and contributions are always ahead of you.

As an active participant in her community, Cynthia served as a PTSA president and volunteer organizer for refugee aid and high school pantries. She has held various leadership positions in women’s organizations, where she taught principles of continue growth and development. Currently, she is working with her husband, Kameron, as a community volunteer in the Greater Salt Lake area.

Cynthia enjoys writing, reading, skiing, pickle ball, traveling, and spending time with her family. Cynthia and Kameron live in Salt Lake City and are the parents of six children and many adorable grandchildren who keep her “living in crescendo!”
