Charles Fonbuena began his leadership journey with FranklinCovey in 1991. He has worked with thousands of leaders in various private, public, and education industries across the US and Canada. Throughout his vast experience, Charles has learned and relearned what Albert Einstein said: “The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.”
By understanding and living by timeless principles, we can address all our current significant problems. We can predictably have more fulfilling lives and happy families and be the kind of person others want to work with and align systems that empower and achieve sustained superior performance. Charles has taught and applied these principles as a senior consultant, general manager, husband, father, and volunteer with authenticity, wisdom, humor, and the spirit of pre-forgiveness.
Charles earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Charles and his wife Julie co-authored Time Management for Moms and Other Executives and Leadership Is a Way of Life.
